1. Overview

These terms & conditions are designed with you as an affiliate in mind, as well as to protect Maxx-online-solar-academy and our customers.

These Affiliate Terms contain the complete terms and conditions that apply to you when becoming an affiliate in Maxx-solar-online-academy’s affiliate program (the “Affiliate Program”). The purpose of these Affiliate Terms is to allow You to make affiliate commissions through sales generated from your website to our services in the manner set forth herein.

2. Enrolment in the Affiliate Program

(a) Application Completion. If you have not already done so, you need to complete an application to the Affiliate Program (the “Application”). You need to identify your website, describe how you plan to promote Maxx-solar-online-academy’s services on your website and provide certain contact information. The Application can be found at https://www.maxx-academy.org/affiliate/.

(b) Approval of Your Application. If your application is accepted, you will receive an email notification that your application has been approved. You understand and agree that we have complete discretion over whether or not to accept or reject your application. If any of the information you provide is incorrect or incomplete, if your website promotes sexual, pornographic, violent, or defamatory materials, if you or your website discriminate, violates any applicable law, or violates any person’s intellectual property rights, or for any other reason, your application will be rejected.

(c) Participation in our Affiliate Program. If your application is approved, we will send you a welcome email with your login information so you can access our protected affiliate centre. You will be able to obtain promotional materials and qualifying links from this centre, as well as access your reports, which will include our affiliate commission calculations. You are responsible for keeping your username and password information safe. Promotional materials are described as banners, text links, article copy, and access to data feed for the sake of clarity.

(d) You will ensure your personal information, including your email address, complete, accurate, and current at all times. Your account’s email address may be used to send you communications. Even if the email address connected with your account is no longer active, you will be regarded to have received all alerts, approvals, and other messages sent to that email address.

3. Affiliates’ Specific Obligations

As a member of our Affiliate Program, You represent and warrant, that you will:

(a) Link to Our Services Referral Links, banners, and other ways of linking your website to our Services (collectively, “Referral Links”) will be implemented in accordance with the referral standards set forth on our website’s Affiliate Program (“Referral Specifications”). You can download some technical items, such as links, HTML code, banner advertisements, copy and other content, as well as any related documentation, from this page (collectively, “Referral Materials”). You can earn compensation for qualifying individual marketplace transaction purchases when Our consumers click via the Referral links to purchase an item on the Maxx-solar-online-academy site, as defined in Affiliate Commissions.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a member of our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

(a) We Can Monitor Your Site: You hereby grant us the right to monitor Your website at any time to see if You are complying with these Affiliate Terms and to notify you of any adjustments we believe you should make to stay in compliance. Furthermore, any requests we make for you to remove specific content from your website must be honoured. Failure to comply is a breach of these Terms, and Your affiliate status will be terminated if you do not comply.

(b) We determine the policies for Referred Customers: Persons who become consumers of our services as a result of recommendations made through the Affiliate Program will be deemed our customers at our sole discretion. All of our agreements, rules, policies and operating procedures that apply to our users will apply to these recommended customers as well. We reserve the right to modify our terms, rules, policies, and operating procedures at any time, as detailed in our Terms of Service and other terms that we may post from time to time.

(c) You will not promote Maxx-solar-online-academy via paid advertising or media buying that directs visitors to the Maxx-academy website (found at www.maxx-academy.org). As an affiliate, you will not bid on Maxx-solar-online-academy -branded keywords. Unless Maxx-solar-online-academy grants direct clearance, this applies to all advertising platforms and affiliates.

(d) You will not use our company name or variants of our company name in your domain names or social media pages: As an affiliate, you may not register or purchase domain names that include our company’s name, any misspellings, or variations of our company name. Furthermore, You may not use our Company name, variants of our company name, or the style and feel of our own social media pages on any social media pages (e.g., Facebook Fan Page) where You operate affiliate promotions.

5. Affiliate Commissions

(a) Eligibility: During the term of these Affiliate Terms, You are eligible to receive affiliate commissions through Referrals (as defined in section (b) below), according to the computation outlined below.

(b) The amount due: The exact amount of affiliate commissions due to you will be computed as follows:

The affiliate commission is set up in your Affiliate account among the offerings available to you. A “Referral” is a paying customer who is referred from your website to our website utilizing the Referral Materials and the Referral Specifications. Acceptance of a Referral as a user of our services is entirely up to us.

(c) Commissions for affiliates will be paid on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to withhold all future payments owed to You if Your account is cancelled due to a violation of these Affiliate Terms.

(d) We may withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid to you. We only pay commissions that are older than 30 days. Customers who bought have up to 30 days to cancel/refunded. Commission on purchases that have been cancelled will not be paid.

(e) Own purchases and recurring referrals. We do not allow referrals to be generated on your own purchases. We do not offer recurring referrals.

6. Allowed promotional methods

How you promote Maxx-solar-online-academy is reflected in the commission you earn! We encourage the use of promotional methods that add value to Maxx-solar-online-academy and bring us legitimate, loyal customers. We love it when our team of affiliates blog about affiliate marketing and mention Maxx-solar-online-academy.

Here are a few examples of awesome promotional methods to earn more commission:

  • Tell clients, customers or friends about Maxx-solar-online-academy, and give them your affiliate referral link
  • Write a review or a blog post about affiliate marketing or Maxx-solar-online-academy and link to our site with your referral link
